I.D. Magazine had invited three designers to experiment with a new material called Palmhive. The material, a green stretchable textile that is used as a military 3D camouflage, has the quality of expanding and changing its pattern when stretched. The texture and the color immediately resembled the skin of a crocodile, so I used the material to design a catch-all expandable object to collect children toys scattered around a messy room. The hungry crocodile "grows" as it's being fed with toys and the room gets a fun clean up.
